In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages relaxation and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving spa environment, supporting both clients and staff with efficiency and warmth. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and answering their questions with enthusiasm. Manage phone to schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and handle client inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate appointment calendars using scheduling software and coordinate with therapists to optimize daily operations. Handle all front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures, payment processing, and client record management. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of client information. Assist with clerical duties like proofreading forms, managing correspondence, and updating digital files using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs efficiently while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Skills Bilingual abilities ,speaks either Mandarine or Cantonese. Goo organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively . •
