Veterinary Receptionist

Job description We are currently looking to fill full-time and part time positions at our facility. While previous experience is desired, we are primarily looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and reliable with a flexible schedue. We are open 7 days, 24 hours. The responsibilities for this role include: Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Greeting and checking in clients. Scanning the lobby frequently to ensure everyone has been checked in and or given an update/status. Processing online prescription requests (Chewy, PetMeds, etc.) Follow-up call/Call backs. Cash handling. Faxes, callbacks, scanning, email and text messages. Rooming clients when possible. Keeping exam rooms and the lobby clean. Refilling medications, restocking fridge, water machine.
