Veterinary Receptionist (Experience Required)

We are currently looking to fill full-time and part time positions at our facility. While previous experience is desired, we are primarily looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and reliable with a flexible schedue. We are open 7 days, 24 hours. The responsibilities for this role include: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Greeting and checking in clients Scanning the lobby frequently to ensure everyone has been checked in and or given an update/status Processing online prescription requests (Chewy, PetMeds, etc.) Follow up call/Call backs Cash handling Faxes, callbacks, scanning, email and text messages Rooming clients when possible Keeping exam rooms and the lobby clean Refilling medications, restocking fridge, water machine Triaging appointments If you are interested in this position or know someone who might be a good fit, please submit your resume.
