Memory Care, Assisted, and Independent Living.
Schedule:
Friday-Tuesday 3pm-7pm. Pay Rate- Receptionists $21.00 Hourly (Benefits below) Must clear FBI and DOJ Clearance, interested in a rewarding career.

The position serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, answering incoming phone calls, responding to requests by residents, helping with paperwork, giving tours to potential new residents/family members.
Responsibilities:
This individual must have a friendly, upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor and have a passion for improving the lives of others. The successful candidate for this position must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills. This individual must work well in a team setting and possess excellent organizational skills. This person will give tours of our community so would need to be energetic, upbeat, and able to speak in front of others. This position requires creating spreadsheets, flyers and overall the ability to use a spreadsheet software to set up spreadsheets for scheduling etc. i.e. Google sheets, pages, excel.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Due to our Licensing we are required to have a clear LiveScan clean of convictions or active arrests for all of our employees in order to be hired. The LiveScan is required when applicants are candidates for positions that place them in a position of trust for some of California's most vulnerable citizens, including elderly and dependent adults and children, it is vital for the licensing authority to be aware of convictions or active arrests to avoid exposing clients in care to unnecessary harm. We will pay for this and help you set up the appointment. If you have had a LiveScan in the past 2 years please let us know. Must have a TB test and we ask that you get a flu shot. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than (6) months prior to or (7) days after employment. This certification must verify that the Caregiver has no communicable diseases, open lesions, or any other health problem, which could interfere with the individual's job performance All employees are expected to report to work on time or give your supervisor sufficient notice (i.e. minimum of 4 hours). Reliable transportation and punctuality are absolutely mandatory. In-depth orientation to facility required, including familiarity with its policies and procedures, physical plant and the Residents.
