Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Call Center/Front Desk Hybrid professional to join our team! This role combines the vital functions of managing front desk operations with providing exceptional customer support via phone and in person. You will be the welcoming face of our organization, handling multi-line phone systems, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors warmly, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and direct them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, route calls efficiently, and provide excellent customer service Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and updating records with accuracy Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld at all times while providing prompt support for customer inquiries or support requests Experience Previous experience working at a front desk or reception area in an office setting Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and visitors effectively Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, calendar management, and administrative support tasks Customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools is a plus Experience in personal assistant roles or administrative support positions that required time management and organizational excellence Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly while delivering top-tier support to our clients and team members! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
