Role :
We are seeking a Office Coordinator to join a corporate firm in Santa Ana. As the Office Coordinator, you will handle front-desk reception duties, assist with office administration, and provide general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors. Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Schedule meetings and appointments. Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Support insurance agents with client documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of office or administrative experience (insurance experience a plus). Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
