Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception operations in California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office experience while keeping the front desk organized, attentive to detail, and responsive. The person in this role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping maintain a positive environment for guests, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous mannerGreet and assist guests, clients, and visitors upon arrivalPrepare the office for guest visits, ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and presentableMaintain hospitality areas, including making sure coffee and refreshments are availablePerform accurate data entry and update records as neededFile, organize, and maintain physical and electronic documentsRetrieve files and information upon requestAssist with general clerical and administrative support tasksHelp maintain a neat, orderly, and welcoming front office environment
