Job Description

OverviewOur client, a fast-paced and collaborative law firm in Santa Clara, is seeking a Legal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This Legal Receptionist role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to a legal environment or build on prior administrative or legal support experience. The Legal Receptionist will play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations. This role is located in Santa Clara, CA (On-site, 5 days/week) ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls, manage general inquiries, and relay messagesSchedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookingsHandle mail, deliveries, and outgoing correspondenceMaintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environmentAssist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparationSupport legal staff with intake forms, client coordination, and general office supportEnsure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
