Years Office Experience Office Assistant Position/Responsibilities:
General office assistance, answering incoming calls, filing, etc. Understand service request and transcribe/convert issue into a service request Scheduling & confirming of service appointments via phone/email Follow up post service with customers to ensure request are complete Utilizing online apps/sites for scheduling and communication •Typical schedule is Part-time 25-35 hours per week

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have any familiarity/knowledge with solar pool heating, solar electric products or services? How familiar are you with Santa Clara County, San Benito County, Monterey County, and surrounding service areas? Do you have good geographic knowledge and routing ability for this area? Do you have experience scheduling appointments or coordinating service calls for field technicians? What scheduling software, CRM systems, or office software have you used? Please provide an example of a time you successfully resolved a customer concern. What was the issue, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
