The receptionist will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations, answering phone calls, scheduling, patient communication, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced home healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients and staff Schedule appointments and coordinate visits Organize and maintain patient records and office files Assist with data entry and office documentation Communicate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and patients Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications:
Must speak Arabic fluently Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and typing skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email systems, and scheduling software Ability to scan, upload, organize, and manage digital documents Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous office or receptionist experience preferred but not required
