We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Office Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our quality dental practice. This position is full-time and requires someone who is a kind, gentle, caring, positive team player who is able to clearly communicate with a smile on their face. We are a new and upcoming dental office in the heart of the Central Coast and seeking someone who's interested in being a long-term member of our growing family. Greeting patients, checking them in, them out, and making appointments. Insurance verification, billing, coordination of benefits Presenting treatment plans, making financial agreements, able to explain the treatments if patients have any questions. Presenting treatment plans & making financial arrangements with new & existing patients Answering phones, following up with patients, BONUS skills: bilingual (Spanish speaking), X-Ray license. Dental experience is required. We are willing to pay top dollar for the right candidate (plus potential for monthly bonuses). Full-time benefits will be discussed at the time of the interview.
