What You'll Do (with Heart): Be the warm welcome and the reassuring goodbye for every client and pet. Juggle phones, appointments, and walk-ins with grace and a smile. Translate vet-speak into human-speak for worried pet parents. Keep our front desk running like a well-oiled machine. Support your teammates like a true pack member.

What You Bring:
