Position Summary:

Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required High school graduate or equivalent Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations

Responsibilities:

Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis Cheerful disposition and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and kindness Responsible for keeping the front office areas sanitary, neat and orderly
