Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Tennis and Fitness Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our club. In this role, you will manage member interactions, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create an outstanding experience for our members and guests. Duties Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently Handle member check-ins, reservations, and membership inquiries with professionalism Requirements Ability to handle computer and clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar and reservation management accurately Professional and friendly individual focused on providing great service to our membership and making them feel valued Join us at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club where your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our members.
