Receptionist | Leading Private Equity Firm 5 days onsite in
Menlo Park Hours:
9:30am - 6:00pm
Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000 base + bonus + excellent benefits We are partnering with a fast-growing healthcare private equity firm in Menlo Park to hire a Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to be the face of a highly respected, fast-paced office environment and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for guests, investors, and internal teams. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and creating a warm, professional experience
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with confidence and discretion
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, catering, and resets
  • Oversee front office operations, ensuring a polished and organized environment at all times
  • Manage kitchen and pantry operations, including inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Support office logistics including mail, deliveries, and supply management
  • Partner closely with Executive Assistants and internal teams on day-to-day operations
  • Assist with expense reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or hospitality-focused role
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
