Veterinary Receptionist Overview Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where your energetic and compassionate approach will serve as the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. This vital role combines administrative excellence with animal handling skills, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for clients and their pets. You will play a key role in managing appointments, processing medical collections, and supporting veterinary staff with essential tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and efficiently check in and check out pets for appointments, surgeries, and boarding Manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times Handle high-volume phone calls and emails while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Process medical collections, including payments and insurance documentation Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, medical histories, and laboratory results Multitask effectively by answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients simultaneously Collaborate closely with veterinary team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role within an animal clinic preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and team members Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage high call and email volume Team-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining efficient clinic operations Why Join Us?
