Building long term relationships with our clients is a top priority. Personal Requirement Friendly, confident and outgoing with a strong comitiment to service. Enjoys working with animals and is able to deal with them when stressed, ill or in pain Can stay calm durring a medical crisis Well spoken and approaches duties with maturity Can support team members and work with all levels of hospital staff Excellent communication skill both written and spoken Can work with minimal supervision and effectivly communicate client needs to other staff members Physical requirements include but are not limited to: lifing, carrying, and restraing animals, walking/standing for extended periods of time and working in a bending or squatting position Preformance Expectation Conducting oneself in a profession and mature manner even when stressed or focussing on an individual task Legibly keep accurate medical records according to hospital policy Maintain exam rooms and treatment areas Effectively restrain pets even when large and difficult Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with other employees Effectively communiate treatment plans, homecare instructions estimates and discuss financial commitments with clients according to hospital policy Intake and discharge patients based on the doctor's orders and commicate the needs of the patient to supporting staff Ability to assist in other areas of the hopsital as assigned by the doctor or lead staff including but not limited to answering phones, invoicing, cleaning, restocking and tending to any other patient or client needs
