Receptionist Thousand Oaks Post Acute - 3.4 Thousand Oaks, CA Job Details Part-time $17.48 - $20.00 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Full Job Description Receptionist - Summary The Receptionist answers and forwards calls through the facility's main phone system and provides facility clerical support as needed. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Professionally administer all incoming calls
  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Greet guests in a professional manner
  • Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights)
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties
  • Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
