In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and support the overall efficiency of our clinic. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding patient service with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments accurately using Boulevard and Go High Level Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain organized medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and proper documentation review procedures Assist with intake procedures, including collecting patient information and updating medical histories in Boulevard Being able to call leads and need experience with all aesthetic services: Laser hair removal , pico laser , co2 laser, ultherapy , everesse, IV , injectables Being able to conduct a full treatment plan for client Experience Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred, especially within dental or med spa settings Strong knowledge of medical spa is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse patient populations Demonstrated excellence in customer service, clerical support, and office management within healthcare environments Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key), and familiarity with health information management software Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where patients feel cared for from their first contact!
