Temporary Receptionist

We are seeking a temporary front office receptionist that fluently speaks Spanish for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Torrance. This is a full-time position with a schedule between Tuesday

• Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. The receptionist will be responsible for providing resident-oriented services in a front office setting and a variety of clerical duties, including:
• Greeting residents, visitors, and staff.
• Answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Verifying insurance information and assist with admission process
• Assist with Billing paperwork
• Processing paperwork accurately.
• Managing other front office tasks as needed.

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring residents and visitors feel welcome while maintaining professionalism.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Prior experience in medical or skilled nursing settings is preferred. Spanish Speaker is required.
