This position requires handling a high volume of incoming calls, routing calls to the appropriate departments, assisting customers, and supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, dependable, and bilingual in Spanish and /or Korean We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will work part time and on
WEEKENDS ONLY.
Responsibilities Customer Service Duties Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk and lobby area Support dealership staff with customer needs as necessary Receptionist Duties Answer and manage a heavy volume of incoming phone calls Route calls accurately and efficiently to sales, service, parts, finance, and management departments Take clear and accurate messages and deliver them promptly Schedule appointments and assist with basic customer inquiries Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times Administrative Support Perform general clerical and office support duties Data entry and filing of dealership documents Handle incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence Assist management and staff with administrative tasks and special projects Maintain organized records and documentation Inventory Responsibilities Stock vehicles into dealership inventory systems Enter and update vehicle information accurately Verify VIN numbers, pricing, and vehicle details Maintain accurate inventory records Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all inventory and administrative tasks Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish , Korean Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers, phone systems, and basic office software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
