What You'll Be Doing:

As a Veterinary Receptionist , you'll be the face of our hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients and pets warmly to the clinic Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client questions Processing payments, managing invoices, and keeping accurate records Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and professional Coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure smooth communication and workflow Supporting administrative tasks to help the hospital run smoothly

Requirements What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience CSR/Receptionist or in Veterinary Clinic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A friendly, positive attitude and a team-focused mindset Dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
