This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and highly organized, ready to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and ensure a professional first impression at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and deliveries with accuracy and promptness Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting. Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, updating databases, and preparing reports Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining phone etiquette Skills Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Excellent typing speed combined with strong proofreading skills for document accuracy Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle inquiries efficiently Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant experience or administrative experience is a plus for supporting team needs Join our team to be an essential part of a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
