Front Desk Receptionist/Office Admin CA Global Services Upland, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Word processing Scanning Attention to detail Organizational skills Time management Full Job Description About us CA Global Services We are looking for an Receptionist/Office Admin to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the Receptionist/Office Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our company. The Office Admin/Receptionist is responsible for offering administrative support across the organization. You will be responsible for performing the general recordkeeping and communication activities required to keep our office functioning. Duties include filing and organizing records, distributing memos throughout the office and fielding inquiries from customers and clients. To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answering phone calls and transferring calls, as needed. Greet and assist visitors to the office Log, process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail and packages Order FedEx shipments or drop off when needed. Create documents, maintain databases and distribute company memos, letters, faxes and/or forms. Collect, file, and organize company documents such as business licenses, bonds, certificates of insurance. Monitor office supply inventory and order supplies via Staples, as needed. Drop off outgoing mail on Fridays at the end of the day. Process payment for Home Depot orders. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including credit applications and banking tasks. Provide purchase order numbers to vendors and ensure accurate payment & logging. Update and distribute phone listings to all companies by email. Complete, log, and submit preliminary information requests. Develop and maintain a filing system Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Maintain computer and manual filing systems Review and Maintain Fleet Management Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Help organize, clean, and maintain office common areas Coordinate repairs to office equipment such as printers, etc. Assists with organizing company events when necessary Performing general office clerk duties and errands Perform other administrative support tasks
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
