This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a welcoming environment while managing essential clerical tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills and be an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive first impression Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Support calendar management, appointment setting, and time management for service manager Assist with bookkeeping duties, including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing Provide customer support by addressing client questions promptly and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Skills Experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively but not required Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents shine!
