Job Title:
Administrative Receptionist Position Summary:
Administrative Receptionist will possess knowledge, skills and abilities in business operations and company standards. Administrative Receptionist will possess the ability to assist all departments with administrative assistance, act as a liaison, and continue with marketing efforts. They will focus efforts to drive overall business objectives and maximize revenue in all areas.
Job Interactions and Interface:
Must demonstrate professionalism while in the company of coworkers, vendors and customers, be able to communicate effectively with vendors, respond to customer inquiries and use an on-line service management system.
General Responsibilities:
Duties may include but are not limited to the following: First point of contact on phones directing customer inquiries and phone calls to appropriate salesperson. Check voicemails and call clients back or delegate out the voicemails Greet clients with hospitality as the first point of contact for customer walk ins. Learn to utilize our POS system for customer Assist in Showroom cleanliness. Restocking water and snacks for the Crew and Sales Team. Always demonstrates an ability to remain calm under pressure and to maintain a professional demeanor.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible depending on business needs.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficient in reading and writing English; Bilingual preferred.
