In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls efficiently Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional environment Handle data entry tasks, including filing, record keeping, and updating databases using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, maintaining inventory, and assisting with clerical duties Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns with patience and professionalism Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist, preferably in medical or dental settings Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with multi-line phone systems and data entry tasks such as bookkeeping or record keeping Ability to handle clerical responsibilities including filing, proofreading, and calendar management accurately Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will make a real difference every day!
