Job Description

Entry-level receptionist in North County/Temp to Hire/ $20-21 per hour We're looking for a friendly, professional receptionist to join our team. this is a Monday- Friday position, 8am -5pm temp to hire.
Key responsibilities include:
Greet clients and patients with a professional welcoming demeanor Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Relay messages accurately to appropriate staff Manage and maintain the office calendar Handle filing, data entry, and general office duties Use basic Microsoft Office applications Assist with office supplies and light purchasing Perform other clerical tasks as needed If you're reliable, organized, and great with people we'd love to hear from you. Perfect for someone starting out in an office setting.
