Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and approachable Receptionist to join our team in Walnut Creek, California. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while managing essential front desk operations.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Operate and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle inbound calls efficiently, answering inquiries and resolving basic concerns.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area to uphold the company's image.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and maintaining records.

- Proven experience in receptionist duties, including operating multi-line phone systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines.

- Proficiency in handling inbound calls and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and record maintenance.
