Job Description

RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT M-F 7
30 am TO 4:30 pm We are looking for a receptionist / office assistant to work 40 hours per week. Our office team is friendly and hard working. We need a receptionist/office assistant to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks including telephones, filing, mail, copying, special projects and other jobs as needed. This position has potential to grow with our company. We have an awesome staff & a great work environment. This position is considered a full-time position and employee will be entitled to all company benefits. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, sick pay, company discounts & profit sharing.
Duties Include:
Answering telephone, transferring calls & taking messages on a multi-line phone system Preparing Invoices for mailing Mailing Invoices / Statements Filing, Sorting & Copying Special projects as needed
Requires:
Courteous, kind, and punctual Strong filing skills with excellent attention to detail Detail oriented with ability to multi-task Self-starter attitude with an ability to plan, organize and prioritize
Some Office Experience Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
