What You'll Do:

Be the friendly first voice and face of our company Answer and route calls using a general automated phone system Greet customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth Send daily invoices and assist with basic data entry Help with Excel-based reports (templates provided) Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with light clerical tasks Assist the sales team with general administrative needs What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish and English Comfortable answering phones and working with customers Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Interested in learning basic accounting functions (AP/AR) Someone who values stability
