Our Whittier location sits inside Rodeo 72 — a high-traffic, high-energy food hall — creating a unique blend of art, culture, and daily walk-in opportunities. We're looking for someone who can own the front of house , elevate the client experience, and help drive daily operations and sales. The Role This is more than a receptionist role — you are the face of the studio . You'll be responsible for creating a seamless, welcoming, and professional experience for every client walking through our doors, while also supporting sales, organization, and overall studio flow. What You'll Be Doing Client Experience & Sales Greet and assist walk-in clients with confidence and professionalism Guide consultations and communicate clearly with our booking team (Vivo Sync) Help convert walk-ins into booked appointments Maintain strong communication across team channels Studio Operations Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Maintain daily upkeep (sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, resetting stations, etc.) Oversee flow of appointments and client arrivals Support artists with front-of-house coordination Proactive Growth Use downtime productively — outreach, networking, and relationship building Distribute business cards and represent the brand in surrounding areas Capture light content (IG stories, quick videos, etc.) to support visibility Who You Are Strong personality with natural confidence in customer-facing environments Excellent communication and multitasking skills Comfortable with sales and fast-paced, walk-in driven environments Proactive — you take initiative and keep the space running smoothly without being asked Detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean, elevated environment Bonus if you have: Experience in tattoo studios, beauty, or similar service industries Familiarity with consultations or booking processes Why This Role is Different High walk-in traffic = real opportunity to develop sales skills and earn Work inside a vibrant, high-energy food hall environment Be part of a studio that blends art, culture, and premium client experience Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand Schedule & Location Whittier, CA — Rodeo 72
