Job Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing professional customer service, managing incoming communications, supporting office operations, and assisting with administrative tasks that help keep construction projects and office functions running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Front Desk & Customer Service Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information about company services. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Administrative Support Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions. Construction Office Support Support project managers and field personnel with administrative tasks. Maintain contact lists for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees. Office Management Monitor and order office supplies. Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requests. Maintain office organization and cleanliness. Assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office experience required Experience in construction, contracting, or related industries is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
