Front Desk Receptionist

Small family practice physician's office seeking front desk/receptionist, our practice is dynamic and ever changing. Applicants should be flexible with rapidly changing duties and priorities. Applicant should be self-directed and good at multi-tasking. Our ideal candidate will have some knowledge of commercial and public insurance plans. Bilingual a plus. Greet patients as they arrive and provide/collect paperwork Collect co-pays and deductibles from patients Create and manage digital filing systems Answer the phone in a timely manner and assist or transfer calls Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant High school diploma or equivalent
