RECEPTIONIST
The Receptionist is responsible for providing courteous and efficient "front desk" support for residents, guests and employees at Academy Mapleton Hill (AMH).

Some benefits require full-time work status 401(k) Matching (up to 5% with immediate full vesting) Holiday Pay Paid Personal Leave Employee Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Discounted Meals Responsibilities Greeting visitors to the community Answer telephone calls and direct/transfer calls to the appropriate location received at the front desk Forwards resident requests for services to the applicable department and/or staff members Receives and arranges for distribution of mail, packages and vendor deliveries received at the front desk Protect residents' rights, records, and privacy as required by federal, state and local regulations Practice AMH's Service Standards in all work situations Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee, resident and Academy Boulder matters Be organized and efficient in managing workload Perform all other duties as assigned Communications with resident in staff, both written and verbal Practice AMH's Service Standards in all work situations Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Sense of humor and pleasant demeanor - ability to stay calm under pressure Honesty and integrity Proficient computer skills in Excel and Word Ability to work flexible hours and occasional holidays, as required Empathy toward the elderly and to geriatric issues and challenges Desired Education and Experience Experience of 2 years working in a reception type setting High school degree, or equivalent Proficiency in both English and Spanish
