The ideal candidate is naturally curious, eager to learn, highly organized, and able to balance front desk responsibilities with a variety of administrative tasks. Being fully engaged with a positive, helpful attitude is a must. The ability to identify and share opportunities to improve administrative processes and client experience is also a must. This individual will serve as the welcoming face of our organization while supporting daily office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients, guests, and real estate agents. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional appearance and reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist real estate agents, clients and visitors with questions, appointments, and office navigation. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to leadership and team members. Prepare, edit and send daily Hotsheet. Enter new listings into MLS and in-house systems. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Maintain and stock supply stations and document cabinet. Ensure office equipment and common areas remain organized and operational. Support our marketing team with printing and other projects, as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous reception, customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
