What You Will Do As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our office. You'll help create a welcoming environment while providing administrative support that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to general inquiries or direct questions to the correct department
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
  • Support internal teams with clerical and administrative needs as assigned
  • Follow company procedures and uphold confidentiality standards
  • Represent the company positively in all interactions What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people.
Qualifications include:
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer‑service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
