Job Description

Front Desk Coordinator We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support customers and daily office operations and provide an attentive experience for customers in Centennial, Colorado. This Contract position blends front office coverage, customer support, and administrative assistance, making it ideal for someone who is organized, service-minded, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day. The role includes assisting with routine billing activities, payment processing, office upkeep, and general support for leadership and the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a courteous and attentive manner.
  • Receive customer payments, manage outgoing and incoming mail, and maintain accurate records through timely data entry in internal systems.
  • Support monthly invoicing by reviewing billing information, helping prepare bills, and ensuring customer charges are issued accurately.
  • Assist with customer questions and concerns, including calmly addressing occasional escalated situations when needed.
  • Provide administrative support for the General Manager and customer service team by handling a mix of routine and higher-level office tasks.
  • Keep the front office running smoothly by preparing coffee, monitoring copy machine needs, and coordinating basic equipment support.
  • Restock snacks, office materials, and shared workplace supplies to maintain an organized and functional environment.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks, identify solutions proactively, and seek clarification when instructions or priorities need to be confirmed.
