Are you a friendly, professional person who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for families? Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for a full-time Pediatric Receptionis t to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with children and families. What You'll Do Greet patients and families with a warm and professional attitude Gather and update patient information Process co-payments Verify insurance eligibility Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and families Support the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice Schedule Full-time position 4-5 day work week (Monday through Friday schedule) Occasional half-day Saturdays Compensation $17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) beginning on day one Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability coverage Accident insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Primarily weekday schedule with weekends and evenings off

Requirements:
