This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and running smoothly. Schedule This is a part-time position with the following schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM Candidates must also be available to work two Saturdays per month at our Denver office from: 7:45 AM - 11:00 AM Responsibilities The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers, completing and organizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep the office clean, organized, and professional. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Candidates must be comfortable working with customers, parents, students, and testing clients in a professional manner. Proficiency with Apple /Mac is required.

Requirements Applicants must:

Have fluency in both English and Spanish Be at least 21 years old Have a valid Colorado Driver's License Have a good driving record Be able to pass a background check Be reliable, organized, and professional Benefits Western Slope Driving Institute is closed on holidays, and employees are paid for four holidays per year. After six months of employment, employees receive 20 hours of PTO . A company 401(k) option is also available.
