  • Full-time What You'll Do As a Receptionist at Mercedes Benz of Colorado Springs, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and callers, helping the dealership run smoothly and professionally.
This role exists to create a welcoming, organized front desk experience while supporting internal teams with essential administrative coordination. This is a full time position and the hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting guests as they enter the front door Answering incoming calls, routing to the right team members, and taking clear messages Supporting the Sales Department with sending/receiving FedEx documents Running morning reports and distributing them to Sales Management and Sales Staff Completing additional assigned duties as needed

Early on, you'll organize and send out the day's reporting so the sales team has what they need to start strong. As the showroom pace builds, you'll keep communication moving between guests, callers, and departments while staying calm and attentive. You'll also handle time-sensitive document drop-offs and pickups, then wrap up the afternoon by ensuring the lobby and front office are ready for the next day.
