????We're Hiring:
Office Administrator / Receptionist (Part-Time | In-Person) Looking for a part-time role where no two days are exactly the same? We're a small, busy office looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team. ????? What you'll do:- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answer calls and respond to inbound leads via phone and email
- Follow up with prospective clients and route them to the right person
- Enter and organize client tax documents and financial data accurately
- Support the team during tax season with data entry and document management ? What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills - friendly, professional, and prompt
- High attention to detail (especially important for tax data entry)
- Comfortable with computers and basic office software
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior office or admin experience is a plus, but not required ?
