Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, check-in and check-out pets efficiently, and answer questions with enthusiasm Make reservations for Daycare, Boarding and Spa services. Provide attentive animal care, including feeding, administering medications, cleaning kennels, and monitoring health status Engage pets in play activities to promote mental stimulation and physical exercise as part of their daily routine Handle animal restraint safely during examinations or grooming procedures to ensure safety for pets and staff Maintain cleanliness of kennels, common areas, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Answering phone calls and emails. Skills Ability to work as a team. Ability to perform duties with patience and care Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary Ability to stay on your feet Willingness to work split shifts and weekends.
