As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks around the office. This position requires the candidate to easily navigate a fast paced environment - high performing individuals who prefer to handle a variety of tasks each day will thrive in this role! We are seeking someone who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. This position will support not only the Laureate Ltd. team, but our clients, tenants and industry partners. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and first impressions matter! Our Front Desk Receptionist's duties include, but are not limited to: welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, coordinate front-desk activities distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, filing important documentation and working as part of a team to ensure that day to day responsibilities are handled and ensuring the highlest level of customer service both internally and externally. To be successful as the Front Desk Receptionist, you should have a kind, pleasant and calm personality as this is a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, the Front Desk Receptionist's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material restocked (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Receiving, distributing, labeling, copying and filing of keys, fobs, remotes, etc. Provide receipts to tenants for rent payments and ensuring those payments are forwarded to the appropriate personnel Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Work as part of a team and collaborate well with others Handle new tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately Other duties as assigned Skills Must be bilingual and able to communicate in spanish fluently! Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Property Management or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Typing and data entry proficiency with minimal errors Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance - you must be able to maintain composure during busy and stressful situations Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and maintain a calm demeanor when working under pressure Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills and ability to file important documents in both digital and physical files Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Experience in property management software a plus, but not required
