The Receptionist position controls access to the Denver Office by greeting guests, notifying Firm employees of visitors, and being a liaison to delivery personnel and contractors. Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose for each person's visit and notifies appropriate Firm employee Answers incoming calls, forward to appropriate Firm employee and transcribe messages Assist with client reception Coordinates communication with our back up receptionist software Helps manage monthly Birthdays and Anniversaries Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items Prepare outgoing mail and larger packages for pick up Responsible for appearance of reception area to ensure professional presentation Assists our Intake team as needed or assigned provides our potential clients the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to investigate to the root of their legal issues Collaborate and support fellow Intake Coordinators to be sure all client needs are met in a timely fashion. This may include supporting clients that are not assigned to you, filling in when colleagues are away, stepping in if a colleague is overwhelmed, etc. Performs office administration tasks as needed Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:
What you bring to the team... Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Associate's degree or equivalent job experience Three to five years of experience in customer-facing rolesPHYSICAL DEMANDS
