Job Description

Job Summary The Receptionist provides administrative support in a fast-paced organizational setting, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities that ensure a productive work environment. The Receptionist will serve as a central point of contact for office coordination, communication, and administrative processes. Responsibilities Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by greeting guests, keeping shared spaces [SA1] clean, organized, & stocked[SA2] , and handling & routing inbound company calls. Oversight of administrative tasks including handling incoming and outgoing mail, coordination of meeting space scheduling & usage, and ensure office supplies are stocked. Provide direct administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer. Assist in the coordination of in-office meetings, including setting up catering and conference room set up. Log receipts related to office expenses and route accordingly. Coordinate the daily lunch order among in-office staff including placing the lunch order. Work on special projects as they arise. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in providing administrative support in a professional, office setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
