Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and bilingual (if applicable), with a passion for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace for various administrative tasks Support office management by organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with bookkeeping and invoicing Provide customer support by addressing inquiries both in person and via phone or email, ensuring excellent service at all times Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual ability is highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of bookkeeping experience is a plus Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset Join us as a Receptionist and become an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting the smooth operation of our organization.
