Receptionist duties include scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, excepting payments, answering phones and doing patients call backs. Additional duties include skin care product and service sales, communicating with pharmacies and insurance companies, basic office care and clean up, and assisting in other various inner workings of the company as needed. A eagerness to work in various roles, cross cover other office positions, and learn new skills is a must. All staff members are needed to work seamlessly together and support each other. Familiarity with iPad/mac is preferred as is familiarity with insurance companies. This is an entry level position with opportunities to work into leadership positions over time as we continue to grow. Candidate must be willing to travel to all location as needed
