This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment to provide a comfortable patient experience. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage phone calls efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism. Manage schedule for various exam types to allow for comfortable flow of patient management. Confirm insurance information, checking eligibility for services or materials, calculating copays and payments. Support staff and patients in material orders, manage organization of stock supplies. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous office or clerical experience is preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus. General medical knowledge is helpful but not necessary. Knowledge of phone systems, phone etiquette, and professional communication standards. Comfortable math skills and balancing of bill totals, making change for checkouts. Experience with insurance verification, billing, and processes a huge benefit.
Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
