Job Description
Receptionist / Front Desk Associate We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting members and guests, answering phones, taking messages, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced clubhouse environment. Responsibilities Greet members and guests Answer and direct phone calls Take and distribute messages Maintain a professional front desk area Assist with basic front desk duties as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Professional and friendly attitude Reliable and organized Basic computer skills preferred Schedule Variable days and hours, including weekends. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
